Billing Details
How Payments Work
All payments are processed by Paddle via their secure hosted checkout. After completing your purchase you will receive a receipt from Paddle to the email used at checkout. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and appears on your bank or card statement.
One-time Plans (Couples)
Save the Date and The Full Day are one-time payments valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. There are no automatic renewals - your plan does not renew unless you choose to repurchase when it expires.
Studio Subscription (Planners)
The Studio Plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests are handled by Paddle in line with their standard policies. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference within 14 days of purchase. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Invoices & Receipts
A receipt is sent automatically by Paddle to your email after each successful payment. If you need a copy or a VAT invoice, contact [email protected] and include your order number.
Taxes & VAT
Paddle collects and remits applicable sales taxes and VAT on our behalf. The applicable tax rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Prices shown above are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise.
Billing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes - every new account opens with a 5-day full-access trial at no cost. No credit card required. You can explore all features before choosing a plan.
Will my plan renew automatically?
One-time couple plans (Save the Date, The Full Day) do not auto-renew. They are active for 12 months from purchase and will simply expire unless you manually repurchase. The Studio Plan for planners renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Paddle accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal and various local payment methods depending on your region. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Who appears on my bank statement?
Paddle (or "Paddle.com") appears on your statement as they are the Merchant of Record for all Wedding in White purchases.
How do I cancel my Studio subscription?
You can cancel from your account's Subscription settings at any time. Alternatively, email [email protected]. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order reference. Refunds are processed via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
