1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wedding in White website and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Wedding in White ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Wedding in White provides an online wedding planning platform, including digital invitations, RSVP management, seating plans, guest and budget tracking, photo galleries, checklists, timelines, and related tools. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Free Trial: All new accounts receive a 5-day full-access trial at no charge. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Save the Date (Standard): A one-time purchase granting 12 months of access to core planning features.
The Full Day (Premium): A one-time purchase granting 12 months of full access, including seating plans, gallery, and additional event slots.
Studio Plan (Planners): A monthly subscription for professional wedding planners providing unlimited events and branded exports.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Billing and Payments

        Paddle as Merchant of Record: All payments for Wedding in White are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for handling the checkout, invoicing, tax collection and remittance, and payment security. When you purchase a plan you will interact with Paddle's hosted checkout and Paddle will appear on your card or bank statement.
      

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The prices displayed at checkout are the final amounts charged, inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Receipts and invoices are issued by Paddle and sent to the email address provided at checkout. For VAT invoices or copies of receipts contact [email protected] with your order reference.

5. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

One-time plans (couples): The Save the Date and The Full Day plans are non-recurring one-time purchases valid for 12 months. They do not renew automatically. When the 12-month period ends your plan expires and you may choose to purchase again.

Studio Plan (planners): The Studio Plan is a monthly recurring subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for one-time purchases. To request a refund email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date and include your Paddle order reference. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds for Studio Plan subscription charges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Monthly subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account.
Use the Service for commercial resale without our written consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the Service are owned by or licensed to Wedding in White. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the personal data and content (such as photos and event details) you upload to the Service.

9. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wedding in White and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wedding in White is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
